A lot of time and care goes into making macarons. That’s why we use only the highest quality ingredients in all of our products. We also use as many natural ingredients as possible. We believe you’ll taste the difference.
Gluten-Free
Did you know macaron shells are naturally gluten-free? It’s true, they are! As someone who has personally been gluten-free for many years, it is important for me to keep all of my macaron fillings gluten-free as well. While we do not have a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, we work very hard to keep gluten out of all of our macarons.
Flavor Is Key
Macarons are works of art. But some macarons don’t taste as great as they look. Our goal is to make macarons that taste as good as (or better than!) they look. We are constantly creating new flavors, and make sure that each one is a unique flavor experience.
